2、The products can be used normally within 3 years from the date of production of the finished product and after that period, they need to be retested before each use and can be used if the test results meet the requirements for use.
一、Scope of application:
1、Heat shrinkable sleeving is suitable for: tubes, strips, sheets, shaped parts, etc. It is widely used in automotive, home appliance, communication, electric power, petrochemical, military industry, etc.
2、It can be used as protection for electronic devices, insulation and sealing of wire terminals, branch connections, joints, waterproofing, anti-corrosion of zero components, fixing, etc. It can be used for all materials that require complete insulation and waterproof isolation and protection.
3、Shrinkage temperature: starting shrinkage temperature 70°C, complete shrinkage temperature 125°C.
4、Continuous working temperature: -55°C~125°C+
5、Material: Polyolefin
6、Optional fire-retardant grades: ①non-flame-retardant, ②VW-1, ③V0

四、Packaging requirements：
1、Paper wrapped, packed in inner reels and packed in outer cartons as standard.
2、See "Tables 1 and 2" for package dimensions and contents.
五、Other requirements:
1、The surface is clean and free of bamboo knots in its present condition, with no visible scratches.
2、Colours: identical to the initial sample (coloured red, yellow, blue, green, white and orange each time the actual colour of the shipment is more than 90% similar to the sample colour).
3、The subsequent technical enhancements are based on maintaining the same quality as the initial samples: colours, materials, and work effects are upgraded.
六、Test method:
1、Apparent, tube thickness dimensional requirements.
2、The product is measured before and after the heat shrinkage of the casing, the size of the tube diameter, the eccentricity of the tube wall, and the horizontal and vertical shrinkage in accordance with the provisions of "Table 1 and Table 2" (regarded as qualified).
七、Quality assurance:
1、This product is not a dangerous product, the product structure is composed of the main material polyolefin + flame retardant, with the effect of fire and flame retardant, can be stored with confidence.2、The products can be used normally within 3 years from the date of production of the finished product and after that period, they need to be retested before each use and can be used if the test results meet the requirements for use.
八、Marking, packaging, transport, storage:
1、Labelling of the product on the inner and outer packaging of the product.
2、Package contents: information on name, size, colour, type, quantity and order lot number.
3、When transporting the product, protect it from: rain, high temperatures, sunlight, stepping on it and being close to fire sources.
4、Storage should be in a clean, ≤40°C, ≥10°C place. The height of the boxed stack is limited to 5 layers.
